摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)为临床常见的炎性关节病,该病病因不明,机制复杂,病情缠绵,反复发作,预后不良,给患者的身心造成严重影响。芍药甘草汤为我国中医经典方剂,药简力专、疗效确切,临床上被广泛用于治疗各种炎症、疼痛、痉挛类疾病。大量实验和临床实践表明,芍药甘草汤对RA具有较好的疗效。本文从炎症角度对芍药甘草汤治疗RA进行综述,以期为进一步开发芍药甘草汤和推动RA的中医药治疗提供文献参考和支持。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA),a common inflammatory joint disease in clinical practice,is characterized by unknown etiology,complex mechanism,long course,high recurrence,and poor prognosis,posing a serious impact on the physical and mental health of the patients.Shaoyao Gancao Decoction is a classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with simple compatibility and definite therapeutic effect.It is widely used to treat inflammatory,painful,and spastic diseases.Clinical trials and practices have proved the therapeutic effect of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on RA.This paper reviews the treatment of RA by Shaoyao Gancao Decoction from the perspective of inflammation,with a view to providing literature reference and support for the further development of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and promoting the TCM treatment of RA.
