贵州省水资源变化及开发利用时空分布特征研究

摘　　要：开展贵州省水资源的时空变化差异,可为当地水资源可持续利用提供依据和参考,促使贵州省水资源、生态环境与社会经济协调发展.通基于贵州省2012-2018年的水文、社会、经济等数据,运用泰尔系数、变异系数、空间分级分类等数学方法,从人均水资源量,地均水资源量和水资源开发利用率多个角度揭示贵州省水资源开发利用的时空分布特征及区域差异.结果表明:1)2012-2018年贵州省东部、东南部、北部地区水资源量较多,而西部、西南部地区水资源量较小.各地级市人均和地均水资源量呈波动起伏的变化大.2)从贵州省2012-2018年用水指标的泰尔系数、变异系数来看,除了农业用水量泰尔系数波动幅度大之外,其他用水量变化不明显.3)1999-2018年期间,农业用水在贵州省各地级市中的比重较大,一直以来长占主导地位,2012年城镇公共用水出现了明显的波动情况,上升幅度较大.4)贵州省各地级市2012-2018年水资源开发利用率总体上表现出稳定上升的变化趋势,整体水资源开发利用率低于30%.经济发展、城市化经济差异、工农业发展状况、资源条件等是影响水资源开发利用的重要因素,合理协调各个因素相关关系,可为未来贵州省水资源开发利用提供高效发展和绿色发展的建议.To carry out the difference between time and space change of water resources in Guizhou Province can provide a basis and reference for the sustainable use of local water resources,and promote the coordinated development of water resources,ecological environment and social economy in Guizhou Province.Based on the hydrological data of Guizhou Province from 2012 to 2018,the spatial distribution characteristics and regional differences of water resources development and utilization rate in Guizhou Province are revealed from the perspectives of per capita water resources,average water resources and water resources development utilization rate by using the methods of Tyre coefficient,coefficient of variation and spatial classification.The results show that:1)From 2012 to 2018,there will be more water resources in the eastern,southeastern and northern regions of Guizhou Province,while the water resources in the western and southwestern regions will be smaller.The per capita and local water resources of cities at all levels fluctuated and changed greatly.2)From the Tyre coeficient and variation coeficient of water use index in Guizhou Province from 2012 to 2018,the change of water consumption is not obvious except for the large fuctuation of the Tyre coefficient of agricultural water consumption.3)During the period 1999-2018,the proportion of agricultural water use in various cities in Guizhou Province was large,and has been dominant for a long time.4)The utilization rate of water resources development in Guizhou province in 2012-2018 showed a steady upward trend,and the overall utilization rate of water resources development was less than 30%.Economic development,urbanization differences,industrial and agricultural development status,resource conditions and so on are important factors affecting the development and utilization of water resources,reasonable coordination of the relationship between various factors,for the future development and utilization of water resources in Guizhou Province to provide efficient develop
