摘 要:目的 通过探索构建伤情驱动训练模式,推动卫勤实战化训练的发展。方法 依托高级智能模拟人,构建可动态控制伤情的设计方案,并在基地化多级联训中应用。结果 建立了伤情驱动模式的设计思路与设计方案,并在多级联训中,高质量地按层级实施导调与考核。结论 基于高级智能模拟人的伤情驱动模式,能够推动整个医疗后送链条的运转,实现卫勤保障指挥、救治、后送等要素的真实联动,最大限度地贴近战场伤员救治全过程,可显著提升卫勤训练的效果。Objective To promote the development of actual combat training of medical service by exploring and building injury-driven training mode.Methods A dynamic injury control design scheme was constructed and applied in localized multi-level joint training based on advanced intelligent simulator.Results The idea and design scheme for the injury-driven mode were established, and the guidance and assessment were carried out in the multi-level joint training with high quality.Conclusion The injury-driven mode based on advanced intelligent simulator can promote the operation of the entire medical evacuation chain, realize the real linkage of medical service support command, treatment, evacuation and other elements, close to the whole process of battlefield casualty treatment to the maximum extent and significantly improve the effects of medical service training.
