摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA联合健康教育在侵蚀性葡萄胎化疗病人中的应用效果。方法选择2020年3月—2021年10月于本院接受化疗的侵蚀性葡萄胎患者76例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各38例。对照组予以常规健康教育,观察组实施PDCA联合健康教育,为期6个月。比较两组依从性、睡眠质量[睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)]、自护能力[自我护理能力量表(ESCA)]。结果观察组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预6个月后,观察组SRSS评分低于对照组,ESCA量表中各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA联合健康教育能提高侵蚀性葡萄胎化疗病人依从性及自护能力,改善睡眠质量。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA combined with health education in patients receiving chemotherapydue to invasive mole.Methods A total of 76 patients suffered from invasive mole who received chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2020to October 2021 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into two groups of observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received PDCA combined health education for 6 months.The compliance,sleep quality(Sleep Status Self-Rating Scale,SRSS),and self-care ability(Self-Care Ability Scale,ESCA)were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the SRSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of ESCA scale in all dimensions were higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA combined with health education can improve the compliance and self-care ability of patients receiving chemotherapydue to invasive mole,and improve sleep quality.
