摘　　要：Michael Crook,British sinologist and winner of the Chinese Government Friendship Award,made constructive proposals on the interpretation of Chinese modernisation in the new era.He pointed out that China has gained remarkable achievements in its development,and its successful experience will serve as useful reference for the international community.The story of Chinese modernisation is not only a significant part of Chinese stories,but also a major path for the world to understand the Communist Party of China,the country,and the Chinese nation.Therefore,fine interpretation of Chinese path to modernisation is of exceptional significance to countries all over the world.
