摘　　要：On February 10,China NGO Network for International Exchanges(CNIE)and China Volunteer Service Federation(CVSF)jointly launched the international civil rescue volunteer action called Solidarity against Earthquake,actively coordinating Chinese social organisations,enterprises and other civil society groups to carry out relevant humanitarian rescue operations in a safe and orderly manner according to the rescue requests from Turkiye and Syria.
