摘 要:为了减小在评估水动力组合附体节能效果时存在的尺度效应和海浪环境的影响,以安装有导流鳍-舵球组合节能附体的矿砂船模为研究对象,设计了一套能对螺旋桨推进性能等航行数据进行监测和分析的综合测试系统,并在黄海北部海域先后开展了静水和波浪环境中的实海域自航试验,对不同浪高、浪向下组合附体对螺旋桨推进性能的影响进行了分析.试验结果表明:在不同波浪环境下,组合节能附体会对螺旋桨的推力和扭矩产生不同的影响,最大可使螺旋桨的推力增加15%~17%,扭矩下降3%~7%.To reduce the scale effect and the influence of wave environment when evaluating the energy-saving effect of hydrodynamic combined appendages,an integrated testing system for monitoring and analyzing navigation data such as propeller performance was designed by taking an ore carrier model with pre-swirl stator-rudder ball combined energy-saving appendages as the research object.Self-propulsion tests were carried out successively in calm water and wave environments in the north of the Yellow Sea.The effects of combined appendages on propulsion performance in different wave heights and downwards were studied.Test results show that the combined energy-saving devices have different effects on the propeller thrust and torque under different wave environments,which can maximally increase the propeller thrust by 15%~17%and decrease the torque by 3%~7%.
