摘 要:针对南海的极端湿热环境导致普通钢筋混凝土经常出现耐久性问题,提出了耐蚀钢筋搭配高耐久性混凝土的方式以提高混凝土结构的力学性能及耐久性.采用静力加载试验研究了在不同种类筋材、混凝土类型条件下梁、柱试件的破坏模式.结果表明:环氧涂层钢筋高耐久性混凝土梁的破坏模式与普通钢筋混凝土梁基本相似,抗弯承载力为普通混凝土的113.20%;玻璃纤维增强聚合物(GFRP)筋高耐久性混凝土梁呈突发状破坏,且挠度、应变曲线明显发生改变.采用环氧涂层钢筋的高耐久性混凝土柱极限承载为普通构件的111.74%,且破坏后承载能力下降较缓,变形较好;GFRP筋高耐久性混凝土柱呈突发状破坏,破坏后承载能力瞬时下降为极限承载力的20%以下.因此,环氧涂层钢筋高耐久性混凝土构件的适用性更好.In response to the extreme humid and hot environment in the South China Sea,which often leads to durability problems in ordinary reinforced concrete,the way of matching corrosion-resistant reinforcement with highly durable concrete was proposed to improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete structures.Static loading tests were used to study the failure modes of beam and column specimens under different types of reinforcement and concrete.Results show that the failure mode of the epoxy coated reinforced concrete beams with high durability is similar to that of ordinary reinforced concrete beams,and the bending capacity is 113.20%of that of ordinary concrete beams.The glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)reinforced high durability concrete beams show sudden failure,and the deflection and strain curves change significantly.The ultimate bearing capacity of the epoxy coated reinforced high durability concrete column is 111.74%of that of the ordinary member,and the bearing capacity declines slowly after failure,and the deformation is better.The GFRP reinforced high durability concrete column show sudden failure,and the bearing capacity immediately decreases to less than 20%of the ultimate bearing capacity after failure.Therefore,the applicability of epoxy coated reinforced high durability concrete members are better.
