摘 要:提出了一种水力空化协同ClO_(2)的脱硝方法,并进行了脱除NO试验研究.首次探究了溶液pH值、NO体积分数、NO气流量对脱硝的影响.研究表明:溶液pH值为3时脱硝效果最好,高脱硝率的持续时间为140 s;当NO体积分数从0.075%增加到0.150%,以及气流量从1.0 L/min增加到1.6 L/min时,脱硝率均能达到80%以上.为解决循环脱硝方法存在的问题,提出了一种非循环脱硝方法,相关试验研究结果显示非循环方法的脱硝率能够稳定在80%以上.对脱硝后溶液进行了离子色谱分析,结果表明溶液中含氮原子的阴离子仅有NO_(3)^(-).A denitration method of hydrodynamic cavitation and chlorine dioxide(ClO_(2))was proposed,and experimental research on removing nitric oxide(NO)was carried out.The effects of solution pH,NO concentration,and gas flow rate on denitration were studied for the first time.Research results show that the denitration effect is the best when the solution pH is 3,and the duration of the high denitration rate is 140 s.When the NO volume fraction increases from 0.075%to 0.150%,and the gas flow rate increases from 1.0 L/min to 1.6 L/min,the denitration efficiency could reach more than 80%.To solve the problem existing in the circulation denitration method,a non-circulation denitration method was developed,and relevant experimental research results indicate that the denitration efficiency of the non-circulation method could stabilize above 80%.The solution after denitration was analyzed by ion chromatography,and the results show that the anion containing nitrogen atoms in the solution is only NOO_(3)^(-).
