摘  要:通过高压静电纺丝的方法制备含聚希夫碱(PSB)的纳米纤维。通过SEM,UV-VIS,FT-IR,XPS对该纤维进行表征。研究了PSB/PMMA(Polymethyl methacrylate聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)纺丝液浓度5%(wt)、8%(wt)、10%(wt)、20%(wt)、30%(wt)、40%(wt)对纤维形貌的影响,确定最佳纺丝条件为10%(wt)。对纺丝电压进行了研究,结果表明纺丝电压为20 k V时,得到的纤维光滑且直径均匀,纤维平均直径为763 nm。研究了固化距离对纺丝液体的纤维形貌的影响,固化距离增加到15 cm珠串消失,固化距离增加到20 cm,25 cm,纤维的直径随着固化距离的增加而减小。对不同的纺丝溶剂:二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、氯苯进行了研究,发现溶剂的挥发性对纤维的形貌起着重要的作用。该纤维在酸性气体的作用下,其光谱由黄色变为深红色以及红黑色,在碱性环境下恢复到原来的颜色,并能可逆循环进行。结果表明,HCl与氨气对PSB/PMMA纳米纤维有良好的掺杂与脱掺杂作用。The nanofibers containing poly Schiff base(PSB)are prepared by high-voltage electrospinning.The fiber is characterized through SEM,UV-VIS,FT-IR and XPS.By studying the influence of PSB/PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate)spinning solution concentration of 5%(wt),8%(wt),10%(wt),20%(wt),30%(wt)and 40%(wt)on the fiber morphology,the optimal spinning conditions are determined as 10%(wt).The spinning voltage is studied,and the results show that when the spinning voltage is 20 kV,the fibers obtained are smooth and uniform in diameter,with an average fiber diameter of 763 mm.The effect of curing distance on the fiber morphology of the spinning liquid is studied.When the curing distance increases to 15 cm,the beads disappear,and when the curing distance increases to 20 cm and 25 cm,the diameter of the fiber decreases with the increase of the curing distance.Different spinning solvents,such as dichloromethane,chloroform,N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),chlorobenzene are studied,and it is found that the volatility of the solvent plays an important role in the morphology of the fiber.The fiber's spectrum changes from yellow to deep red and red-black under the action of acidic gas,and returns to its original color in an alkaline environment,and can reversibly cycles.The results show that the HCl and ammonia have good doping and de-doping effects on PSB/PMMA nanofibers.
