摘  要:研制了蒙皮/Nomex蜂窝/蒙皮的三明治夹层结构。对胶接后固化和整体共固化成型两种成型方式开展了研究,并分别测试了两种方案制备的夹层结构的面外静态压缩性能、侧压性能、对应蒙皮的力学性能(包含拉伸性能、压缩性能、弯曲性能和层间剪切性能),试验测试结果满足设计指标要求,在此基础上进一步开展了夹层结构平板样件的透波试验,试验结果表明,不同厚度夹层样件在2.2~3.0 GHz的频率范围内的透波率均高于95%,满足设计指标要求。The skin/Nomex honeycomb/skin sandwich structure is developed.And two kinds of integrated molding technology is studied which is whole co-curing method and curing after bonding respectively,meanwhile,the properties of sandwich structure made by the technologies mentioned above,such as static compression,lateral compression and corresponding mechanical properties of skin(such as tensile,compression,bending and in-terlaminar shear)are tested.And the tests results can meet the requirement of design objective.On this basis,the wave-transparent test on the sand-wich structure is carried out.And the test results show that in the frequency range of 2.2~3.0 GHz,the wave transparent rates of sandwich structure samples with different thickness are all higher than 95%,which can meet the requirement of design criteria.
