摘 要:介绍了一种透明层合结构成型方法,通过试验与模拟研究了不同种类、不同厚度的粘接材料对透明层合结构防弹性能的影响。结果表明引入粘接材料的层合结构较单层PC结构具有更优异的防弹性能,同厚度下PU材料较PVB材料可以更加显著地提升整体的防弹性能,且1.52 mm厚PU层合结构可满足防弹设计需求。A method for forming transparent laminates is introduced.The effects of different kinds of bonding materials with different thicknesses on the bulletproof properties of transparent laminates are studied by experiments and simulations.The results show that the laminated structure with adhesive materials has a better bulletproof performance compared with the single layer PC structure;the PU material with a same thickness can signif-icantly improve the overall bulletproof performance compared with the PVB material,and the PU laminated structure with a thickness of 1.52 mm can meet the requirements of bulletproof design.
