摘　　要：以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、丙烯腈(AN)、丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,以种子乳液聚合法制备了两种不同玻璃化转变温度的苯丙乳液。使用合成所得的苯丙乳液为基础进行混拼,调整加入一定比例助剂与不同粒径的填料,混合搅拌均匀得到了一种轨道交通及乘用车通用的水性阻尼涂料。通过FT-IR和DSC对合成的乳液进行了表征;同时对所制备的涂料进行了黏度、粒径和动态力学分析方法测试。最终开发的阻尼涂层具有有效阻尼温域宽,复合损耗因子高,机械性能佳,阻燃性能好,通用性强等特点。The styrene(St),n-butyl methacrylate(BMA),ethyl acrylate(EA),acrylonitrile(An),2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA)and acrylamide(AM)are used as raw materials to prepare two kinds of styrene acrylic emulsion with dfferent glass transition temperature by seed emulsion polymer-ization.A water-based damping coating for rail transit and passenger cars is obtained by evenly mixing the synthesized styrene acrylic emulsion,a certain proportion of additives and fllers with different particle sizes.The emulsion is characterized by means of FT-IR and DSC;And the viscosity,particle size and dynamic mechanical analysis of the prepared coatings are tested.The finally prepared damping coating has the characteristics of wide effective damping temperature range,high composite loss factor,good mechanical performance,excellent flame retardancy and versatility.
