摘　　要：发展全过程人民民主、提升民主制度的效能,离不开宪法的有力保障。我国宪法确立了坚持人民主体地位、保障人民当家作主的基本原则、制度体系和实现路径,为全过程人民民主的制度化、规范化和程序化提供着根本的规范依据和法治支撑。其中,宪法的历时性演绎全过程人民民主的发展脉络,宪法的人民性昭示全过程人民民主的根本目的,宪法的根本性凝练全过程人民民主的制度体系,宪法的实效性彰显全过程人民民主的显著优势。阐析全过程人民民主的宪法向度,不仅有助于深刻理解全过程人民民主的本质特征与核心要义,而且有助于全面认识我国宪法的价值取向和人民立场,进而有助于为发展全过程人民民主注入强劲的宪法动力。The development of people's democracy in the whole process and the improvement of the effectiveness of the democratic system are inseparable from the strong guarantee of the Constitution.The Constitution of our country has established the basic principle,system and realization path of adhering to the people's dominant position and ensuring the people's ownership of the country,which provide the fundamental normative basis and legal support for the institutionalization,standardization and proceduralization of people's democracy in the whole process.Among them,the diachronic interpretation of the Constitution shows the development context of people's democracy in the whole process,the people's nature of the Constitution shows the fundamental purpose of people's democracy in the whole process,the fundamental nature of the Constitution condenses the system of people's democracy in the whole process,and the effectiveness of the Constitution shows the remarkable advantages of people's democracy in the whole process.An analysis of the constitutional dimension of people's democracy throughout the process will not only help us to deeply understand the essential characteristics and core essence of people's democracy throughout the process,but also help us to fully understand the value orientation and people's position of our Constitution,and thus help inject strong constitutional impetus into the development of people's democracy throughout the process.
