摘  要:支气管哮喘(哮喘)是一种慢性炎症,是由多种细胞和细胞组分共同参与形成的。其中,嗜酸粒细胞性哮喘是痰液或外周血嗜酸粒细胞增多和气道嗜酸粒细胞浸润的一种哮喘表型。嗜酸粒细胞是一种参与多种炎症反应的粒细胞,也是哮喘生理变化的主要因素,在哮喘气道炎症中发挥主导作用,其作用的机制较为复杂,可以通过释放颗粒蛋白、细胞因子、趋化因子等介质参与哮喘的病理过程。近年来,针对嗜酸粒细胞的靶向治疗药物已广泛应用于临床工作。本文就近年嗜酸粒细胞哮喘的发病与诊治进展作一综述。Bronchial asthma(asthma)is a chronic inflammation caused by a combination of cells and cellular components.Eosinophilic asthma is an asthma phenotype with sputum or peripheral blood eosinophilia and airway eosinophil infiltration.Eosinophils are granulocytes involved in a variety of inflammatory responses and are also the main factors of physiological changes in asthma.Eosinophils play a leading role in airway inflammation in asthma,but the mechanism is very complex.They can participate in the pathological process of asthma by releasing mediators such as granulin,cytokines,and chemokines.In recent years,targeted drugs for eosinophils have been widely used in clinical work.This paper will review the progress in the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of eosinophilic asthma in recent years.
