摘  要:板形在线检测与闭环控制,是生产高级精品冷轧带钢的必然要求。自主创新板形测控技术,是实现中国钢铁工业发展升级、建设钢铁强国的重大需求。在简要介绍冷轧带钢板形测控技术的基本情况、发展方向和存在问题的基础上,系统阐述了推进技术创新发展的战略构想。主要研究内容包括5个方面,板形检测通道耦合与信号解耦的原理和模型,板形调控的动态模拟和动态解耦模型,板形调控的深度智能建模,板形测控系统的计算仿真和数字孪生,板形测控系统的试验研究。需要解决的关键科学技术问题有4个,板形仪通道耦合原理和解耦方法,板形调控的动态建模和解耦方法,板形调控的深度智能建模方法,板形测控的数字孪生方法。创新目标是建立板形检测信号解耦和板形控制动态智能的方法与模型,研制国际先进的高精度板形测控信息物理系统(CPS),突破提升板形测控理论和技术水平。研究方案以国产板形测控系统应用于六辊轧机为对象,采用理论分析、建模仿真、试验研究、机器学习等方法,首先分别研究板形检测解耦、轧辊整体调整、轧辊局部调整等3个子系统,然后进行集成,通过整体系统的计算仿真和数字孪生、实验室研究和工业试验,不断改进提高。旨在促进板形测控技术的深入研究,提高钢铁工业的智能化水平。Online flatness measurement and closed-loop control is necessary requirement to produce high-end and fine cold rolled strip steel.The independent innovation of the flatness measurement and control technology is the important demand to upgrade steel industry and build steel powerhouse in China.The strategic conception to promote the technology innovation is explained systematically,on the basis of the brief introduction of the basic situations,the development directions and the existing problems of the flatness measurement and control technology of cold steel strip rolling.The main research contents include the principle and model of the channel coupling and the signal decoupling of the flatness measurement,the dynamic simulating and decoupling models of the flatness regulation and control,the deep smarts modeling of the flatness regulation and control,and the computing simulation and the digital twin,the laboratory experiment and the industry experiment of the flatness measurement and control system.The key scientific and technical problems to have to be solved include the channel coupling mechanics and the signal decoupling method of the flatness meter,the dynamic modeling and decoupling methods of the flatness regulation and control,and the deep smarts modeling method of the flatness regulation and control,and the digital twin method of the flatness measurement and control.The innovative goals are to establish the methods and models of the flatness signal decoupling and dynamic intelligence control,develop the high precision Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS)of the flatness measurement and control with international advanced level,and upgrade the theoretical and technical level of the flatness measurement and control.The research approaches are constructed.Taking the flatness measurement and control system of 6-high mills for example,firstly the flatness measurement decoupling,the whole roll adjustment and the local roll adjustment are researched,and then the three subsystems are integrated into an integrated system,b
