摘　　要：首先,对成本论这一概念的内涵做出了解释。紧接着结合国内机关数字档案室的各项建设标准,对目前国内机关数字档案室建设中的各项成本进行了说明,并从建设标准变更、网络环境变化两个方面,分析影响成本的因素。最后,提出通过科学规划、同步推进网络大环境、精准把控机关数字档案室建设的各项标准、设立示范榜样等措施优化成本管理。Firstly,the paper explains the connotation of the concept of cost theory.Then,in combination with the construction standards of domestic digital archives departments,it illustrates the costs in the construction of domestic digital archives departments,and analyzes the factors that affect the cost from the changes of construction standards and network environment.Finally,it proposes to optimize the cost management through scientific planning,synchronous promotion of the network environment,precise control of the standards for the construction of the digital archives departments in government organs,setting up models and other measures.
