摘　　要：目前,我国经济社会已经持续了长时间的快速发展,不动产业作为重要的经济产业类型也有了较为快速的成长。通过对我国不动产登记档案的现状与主要内容进行了解,明确对不动产登记档案开展整合和集约化管理的必须要性,定位目前不动产档案整合与集约化管理的问题,寻求相关的管理措施,以期为更好地促进不动产登记档案管理工作的开展提供有益思路。At present,China's economy and society have been developing rapidly for a long time,and the real estate industry,as an important type of economic industry,has also grown rapidly.Through the understanding of the current situation and main contents of real estate registration archives in China,the necessity of the integration and intensive management of the real estate registration archives is clarified,the current problems of the integration and intensive management of real estate archives are located,and the relevant management measures are sought to provide useful ideas for better promoting the management of real estate registration archives.
