新时代档案信息资源开发利用的实践与思考——以福建省科技厅开展公务纪念册服务为例

摘　　要：档案工作的收集、整理、保管、利用这一整个流程,需要花费大量人力、物力和财力,最终目的是档案信息资源的开发利用。近几年,福建省科技厅档案部门不断对电子档案信息资源开发利用进行实践与探索,其中包括从2021年度开始为厅退休人员提供个人公务纪念册服务。笔者结合工作实践,总结经验,对新时代档案信息资源开发利用工作进行探索和思考。The whole flow of archival work from collection,collation,storage to use costs a lot of energy,materials and financial resources,and the ultimate goal is the development and utilization of archives information resources.In recent years,the archives department of the Fujian Provincial Department of Science and Technology has continued to practice and explore the development and utilization of electronic archives information resources,including the work of providing personal official archives commemorative album service for retired personnel of the department since 2021.Based on the work practice,the paper summarizes the experience,and explores and reflects on the development and utilization of archives information resources in the newera.
