摘　　要：在新时期,"一带一路"倡议深入推进背景下,我国跨境电商行业创新、改革发展进程不断加快,对商务英语专业人才创新创业能力也提出更高要求,作为人才培养主要阵地,高校在这种大环境下,必须要做出改革与优化,不断提升对商务英语专业人才培养研究力度,多角度、全方位组织实施专业人才培养活动,借助培养助推专业人才创新创业能力的全面增强,为社会经济发展提供更多优秀的人才.基于此,文章以商务英语专业人才培养为立足点,针对"一带一路"背景下商务英语专业人才创新创业能力培养重要性以及培养策略进行深入分析与研究.In the new era,under the background of deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative,the innovation,reform and development of China's cross-border e-commerce industry is accelerating,which puts forward higher re-quirements for the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of Business English majors.Universities,which are at the forefront of talent training,must make reform and optimization,constantly enhance research on the training of Busi-ness English professionals and carry out multidimensional professional training activities so as to provide more talents for China's social and economic development.On such a basis,starting with the training of Business English profes-sionals,this paper conducts in-depth analysis and research on the importance and training strategies of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of Business English professionals under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative.
