对朱莉安·豪斯翻译质量评估模式的评估——以许渊冲《论语》第三章英译为例

摘　　要：在全球化背景之下,翻译作品的数量急剧增长,因此对翻译质量评估的需求也有所增长.成熟的翻译质量评估模型在翻译研究中仍然较少,而豪斯的模型则较为成功.文章以许渊冲翻译的《论语》第三章为例,探讨该翻译质量评估模型在汉英翻译作品中的具体应用,并对其进行评价,认为其在语言结构跨度较大的翻译作品之中仍然有所限制;且豪斯所提出的评估翻译质量的各个维度之中存在重合的现象.In the context of globalization,the number of translated works has increased dramatically,so has the demand for translation quality assessment.There are few mature translation quality assessment models in translation studies,and House's model is one of them.Taking chapter 3 of The Analects of Confucius translated by Xu Yuanchong as an example,this paper discusses the application of this model in Chinese-English translation and evaluates it.The use of House's model in translation works with large structural span between source and target languages is still limit-ed.Moreover,there are overlaps in the various dimensions of translation quality assessment proposed by House.
