摘  要:介绍了本公司EC&S 35t/h冲天炉冷却器的使用概况,指出该设备运行多年来目前存在的主要问题,并针对存在的问题进行分析,制定有效可行的设备优化改造方案。通过对角安装法以及增加导流装置等一系列优化改造,解决了EC&S冲天炉存在的问题,保障了设备性能。改造实施后,降低了维修成本,提高了设备可动率,减轻了维修人员的劳动强度,达到了理想的应用效果。The general use situation of the EC&S 35 t/h cupola cooler in the company has been intro-duced in the text,and the main problems existing in the operation of this equipment for many years have been pointed out.The existing problems have been analyzed,while an effective and feasible equip-ment optimization and transformation scheme has been formulated.Through a series of optimization and transformation such as diagonal installation method and the addition of diversion devices,the problems existing in the EC&S cupola have been completely solved,and the equipment performance has been guaranteed.After the implementation of the transformation,the maintenance cost and the labor intensity of maintenance personnel have been reduced,while the equipment mobility rate has been increased,which achieves the ideal application effect.
