摘  要:通过对酯硬化改性碱酚醛树脂砂的机理分析和相关理化性能检测,摸索工艺特性,经过工艺试验获得了工艺配方,并对铸钢件进行了工艺试制和批量生产,在试验取得了良好技术效果的基础上,扩展到了铸铁(球墨铸铁)件和铸铝件的工艺试制和生产。工艺验证和生产实践表明:酯硬化改性碱酚醛树脂砂工艺适应性强,能够满足铸钢、铸铁和铸铝的生产工艺要求,实现了同一种型砂工艺和同一条生产线(单元)既生产铸钢、又生产铸铁和铸铝的“三合一”酯硬化改性碱酚醛树脂砂创新工艺,解决了过去公司铸钢、铸铁、铸铝多种型砂工艺交织在一起存在的各种问题,为公司高质量发展奠定了坚实的基础。By analyzing the mechanism of ester hardened modified alkaline phenolic resin sand and testing its related physical and chemical properties,the process characteristics have been explored.The process formula has been obtained through process experiments,and the process trial production and batch production of steel castings have been carried out.On the basis of achieving good technical results,the process trial production and production of cast iron(ductile iron)and aluminum castings have been expanded.Process validation and production practice have shown that the ester hardened modified alkaline phenolic resin sand process has strong adaptability,which can meet the production process requirements of cast steel,cast iron,and cast aluminum.It has achieved the"three in one"ester hardened modified alkaline phenolic resin sand innovation process of producing cast steel,cast iron,and cast aluminum in the same molding sand process and production line(unit),which solves the problem of the interweaving issues in the past of various molding sand processes including cast steel,cast iron,and cast aluminum.It lays a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the company.
