摘 要:针对燃气表密封性检测装置上的燃气表接口夹紧结构的密封差和易变形问题,基于TRIZ理论中的技术系统进化法则和冲突解决原理,分析并改进检测装置上的燃气表接口与连接件之间的连接方式及其结构,构建燃气表接口的密封夹具结构,创建零件属性与进化理论、TRIZ冲突矩阵中39个工程参数之间的关联表,并对冲突矩阵进行求解,最后得到一种新的密封夹具结构连接方式,提高了检测装置中燃气表接口与连接件之间夹具密封结构的可靠性。应用试验结果表明,设计的密封结构更可靠,密封效果更好,同时可避免燃气表体的受力变形。Aiming at the problems of poor sealing and easy deformation of the clamping structure of the gas meter interface on the gas meter sealing detection device,the authors analyze and improve the connection mode and structure design method between the gas meter interface and the connector on the detection device based on the technical system evolution law and conflict resolution principle in TRIZ theory.The properties and evolution theory of the clamping and sealing structure of the gas meter interface and the correlation table between the 39 engineering parameters in the TRIZ conflict matrix are constructed,and the conflict matrix is solved.Finally,a better connection mode and structure form of the clamping and sealing structure are obtained.Thereby improving the reliability of the clamp seal structure between the gas meter interface and the connector in the detection device.The application test results of the designed structure show that the sealing structure of the structure is more reliable and efficient,and the sealing effect is better,while avoiding the force deformation of the gas meter.
