摘　　要：为深化安全文化内涵,拓展MMEM系统理论边界,先从人-机-环-管-安全价值观5个维度构建新安全文化理论框架——MMEM-SV理论模型;然后通过文献和实地调研,在新安全文化理论模型的基础上构建包含43个指标的海工企业安全文化评价指标体系;最后运用李克特5等级量表对某典型海工企业安全文化进行问卷调研获取数据,采用项目分析、信效度检验和因子分析方法分析初始评估指标的关联性,并建立可合理测评该海工企业安全文化的评价指标集,实现海工企业安全文化合理有效的定量测评。结果表明:数据分析后共剔除14个不合理指标,留用29个指标重构安全文化评价模型,分析结果验证了该模型的合理性和有效性。To deepen the connotation of safety culture and expand the boundary of the MMEM system theory,new safety culture theoretical framework-MMEM-SV theoretical model was firstly constructed from five dimensions of "man-machine-environment-management-safety values".Subsequently,through literature and field research,a safety culture evaluation indicator system containing 43 indicators was constructed based on the new safety culture model.Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain data on the safety culture of a typical marine engineering enterprise by the 5-point Likert scale.Item analysis 9 reliability testing,validity testing and factor analysis were used to analyse the correlation of the initial assessment indicators.The assessment indicators set that could reasonably measure the safety culture of the marine engineering enterprise was established to realize reasonable and effective quantitative evaluation of safety culture in marine engineering enterprises.The results show that a total of 14 unreasonable indicators are removed after data analysis,and 29 indicators are retained to reconstruct the safety culture assessment model.The analysis resuIts verify the reasonableness and validity of the model.
