摘  要:泡沫发生装置是影响二氧化碳泡沫灭火系统性能的关键部件,现行泡沫发生装置主要由气液混合腔和扰流装置两种部件共同组成,且在使用过程中易因气流和液流流量或压力设计或控制不当造成管路中发生脉动现象,故结构设计和参数选取至关重要。基于二氧化碳泡沫灭火系统,开展同轴混合腔与扰流器对二氧化碳泡沫性能的试验研究,主要包括同轴混合腔放置方向(气液两相流流向与重力方向是否相同)和不同扰流器(螺杆扰流器、筛网扰流器、丝网扰流器)对二氧化碳泡沫性能的影响,分析了二氧化碳泡沫灭火系统产生脉动现象的原因,获得了同轴混合腔和扰流器对二氧化碳泡沫析液时间、泡沫发泡倍数、泡沫形态的影响规律,并对各工况下二氧化碳泡沫灭火系统的灭火性能和抗烧性能进行了测试。结果表明:同轴混合腔垂直向上且选择丝网扰流器的工况下,二氧化碳泡沫灭火系统产生的泡沫性能最优。The foam generating device is a key component that affects the performance of CO_(2) foam fire ex-tinguishing system.The existing foam generating device mainly consists of two parts:gas-liquid mixing chamber and spoiler,and pulsation phenomenon in the pipeline is easily caused by improper design or con-trol of flow or pressure in the process of using airflow and liquid flow,so the structure design and parameter selection are crucial.Based on the CO_(2) foam fire extinguishing system,the experimental research of coaxial mixing cavity and spoilers on the performance of CO_(2) foam was carried out,mainly including the influence of coaxial mixing cavity placement direction(whether the flow direction of gas-liquid two-phase flow is the same as the direction of gravity)and different spoilers(screw spoiler,screen spoiler,silk screen spoiler)on the performance of CO_(2) foam.The reasons for the pulsation phenomenon of CO_(2) foam fire ex-tinguishing system were analyzed,and the influences of coaxial mixing cavity and spoilers on CO_(2) foam liquid loss time,foam foaming multiplier and foam morphology were obtained,and the fire extinguishing performance and anti-burning performance of C02 foam fire extinguishing system under each condition were tested.The results show that the CO_(2) foam fire extinguishing system produces the best foam performance under the condition of vertical upward coaxial mixing cavity and the selection of silk screen spoiler.
