摘  要:断层破碎带是隧道施工过程中常见的不良地质条件,易引发隧道围岩坍塌失稳灾害。为避免施工人员与设备的损失,将隧道穿越断层破碎带施工风险划分为4个等级,建立了工程地质条件、水文地质条件和设计与施工技术3个一级评价指标和12个二级评价指标体系以及分级标准;通过对评价指标进行标准化处理,构建了基于层次分析(AHP)-云模型的穿越断层破碎带隧道施工风险评价模型;将该模型应用于福建省平潭及闽江口水资源配置工程,对大樟溪-东张水库隧道施工风险进行评价。结果表明:该隧道穿越断层破碎带区域的施工风险综合评价云图中,云滴大部分处于“中高风险”,少部分处于“低风险”,说明该区域隧道施工风险处于较高风险等级;现场隧道施工灾害发生情况与模型风险评价结果基本一致,证明了该模型的可靠性和有效性。The collapse of surrounding rock is a common geological disaster in tunnel construction through fault fracture zone.In order to avoid the loss of construction personnel and equipment,the construction risk of tunnel crossing fault and broken zone is divided into 4 levels>and 3 primary evaluation indexes and 12 secondary evaluation index systems as well as grading standards for engineering geological conditions,hydrogeological conditions and construction technological conditions are established.By standardizing the evaluation index,a risk evaluation model of tunnel construction through fault fracture zone is constructed based on AHP design and cloud model.The model is applied to the project of Pingtan and Minjiang River saliva resource allocation in Fujian Province to evaluate the construction risk of Dazhangxi-Dongzhang Reservoir tunnel.The results show that in the comprehensive parity cloud map of the tunnel through the fault fracture zone,most cloud droplets are at"medium and high risk",and a few are at"low risk",indicating tha t the tunnel cons true tion risk in this area is at a high risk level.The disaster occurrence of the tun nel construction is basically consistent with the risk evaluation results of the model,which proves the reliability and effectiveness of the model.
