摘  要:采用浸渍法制备MnO_(x)-FeO_(x)/TiO_(2)低温脱硝催化剂粉体,考察锰铁含量对催化剂脱硝性能的影响。选取6Mn-4Fe/TiO_(2)粉体催化剂(Mn质量分数6%,Fe质量分数4%),考察挤出成型配方对条形催化剂孔结构的影响。比较成型前后催化剂脱硝性能及不同浓度SO_(2)下的抗中毒能力。采用XRD和N_(2)吸附-脱附对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,粉体催化剂6Mn-4Fe/TiO_(2)具有最佳的低温SCR脱硝活性,在空速18000 h^(-1),氨氮(氨气和一氧化氮)物质的量比1∶1,氧体积分数5%反应条件下,在(120~220)℃内能够保持100%的脱硝效率。在反应温度180℃,SO_(2)浓度300 mg·m^(-3)条件下具有优异的抗硫能力。且成型后,条形催化剂的活性温度窗口进一步拓宽,抗硫能力有所提高。MnO_(x)-FeO_(x)/TiO_(2)low temperature denitration catalyst powder was prepared by immersion method,and the effects of Mn-Fe contents on its catalytic performance were investigated.The effects of processing conditions on pore structure of extruded strip catalyst were studied base on 6Mn-4Fe/TiO_(2)catalyst powder(Mn mass fraction of 6%and Fe mass fraction of 4%).The denitrification performance and anti-poisoning ability under different SO_(2)contents were compared before and after extrusion.XRD and N_(2) adsorption-desorption were used to characterize catalysts.The results indicate that 6Mn-4Fe/TiO_(2)catalyst has the best low temperature SCR denitration activity.Within the scope of the(120-220)℃,denitration efficiency keeps 100%over 6Mn-4Fe/TiO_(2)catalyst when space velocity is 18000 h^(-1),ammonia nitric oxide molar ratio is 1∶1,volume fraction of O_(2)is 5%.The catalyst has excellent sulfur resistance under reaction temperature of 180℃and SO_(2)concentration of 300 mg·m^(-3).After forming,the active temperature window of the catalyst is widened and the sulfur resistance of the catalyst is improved.
