羌月乳膏联合依巴斯汀片治疗乏脂性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察羌月乳膏外用联合依巴斯汀片口服治疗乏脂性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:选择乏脂性湿疹患者64例,根据简单随机抽样方法分为观察组32例、对照组32例,两组均予依巴斯汀片口服,每次10 mg,早晚各1次,观察组另予羌月乳膏外搽患处再行薄膜封包,早晚各1次;对照组另予丁酸氢化可的松软膏外搽患处再行薄膜封包,早晚各1次,疗程均为14 d。观察比较两组治疗前后红斑、脱屑、皮损面积及瘙痒程度评分,评估疗效。停药1周后统计皮损复发情况。结果:对照组有4例脱落。观察组和对照组患者治疗后的红斑、脱屑、皮损面积及瘙痒程度评分均优于治疗前,治疗后组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.88%,对照组总有效率为85.71%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:羌月乳膏治疗乏脂性湿疹效果与丁酸氢化可的松乳膏相当,且无明显副作用,可作为治疗乏脂性湿疹的有效药物应用于临床。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiangyue cream combined with ebastine tablets in the treatment of asteatotic eczema.Methods:Sixty-four patients with asteatotic eczema were selected and randomly divided into an observation group of 32 cases and a control group of 32 cases.Both groups were given ebastine tablets orally,10 mg each time,twice a day.The observation group was also given Qiangyue cream for external use,and the affected area was covered with a thin film package with Qiangyue cream,twice a day.The control group was given betamethasone dipropionate cream for external use,and the affected area was covered with a thin film package,twice a day.The treatment course was 14 days.The redness,scaling,lesion area,and itching score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups to evaluate the efficacy.The recurrence of skin lesions was recorded one week after discontinuation of treatment.Results:4 cases dropped out of the control group during the study.The redness,scaling,lesion area,and itching score of both groups improved after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%,and that of the control group was 85.71%,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiangyue cream is effective as the same as betamethasone dipropionate cream in the treatment of asteatotic eczema,and has no obvious side effects.It can be used as an effective drug for the treatment of asteatotic eczema in clinical practice.
