摘 要:为考察环境因子对南水北调泵站调节池沉积物氮释放的影响,通过模拟实验分析在不同温度、pH和DO条件下沉积物总氮和氨氮释放情况,并采用连续分级提取法分析释放前后沉积物可转化态氮(TTN)中不同形态氮的变化情况。结果表明:随温度升高氮释放强度增加,30℃时氨氮和总氮释放强度分别是10℃时的2.17、1.98倍;温度为10℃时离子交换态氮(IEF-N)为氮释放的主要贡献形态,温度为20℃和30℃时弱酸可提取态氮(WAEF-N)为氮释放的主要贡献形态。中性条件(pH=7.0)沉积物氮释放强度最低,酸性条件(pH=5.0)氮释放强度高于碱性条件(pH=9.0),IEF-N为酸性、碱性、中性条件下氮释放的主要贡献形态。DO为4.0 mg/L时氨氮和总氮释放强度分别是DO为9.0 mg/L时的1.32、1.42倍;DO为4.0 mg/L时IEF-N为氮释放的主要贡献形态,DO为9.0 mg/L时WAEF-N更易释放。In order to investigate the effects of environmental factors on the nitrogen release in the sediment taken from the regulating pond of South-to-North Water Transfer pumping station,the release of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen was analyzed through simulated experiment under various temperatures,pH and DO.The change of nitrogen form in transferable total nitrogen(TTN)before and after nitrogen release was also investigated using sequential extract method.The results showed that the nitrogen release intensity increased with the increasing temperature,and the release intensity of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen at 30℃was 2.17 and 1.98 times of that at 10℃,respectively.The ion exchangeable form nitrogen(IEF-N)was the main nitrogen form accounting for nitrogen release at 10℃,while at 20℃and 30℃,weak acid extractable form nitrogen(WAEF-N)was the main nitrogen form for nitrogen release.Nitrogen release intensity was the lowest under neutral condition(pH=7.0).Nitrogen release intensity was higher under acidic condition(pH=5.0)than that under alkaline condition(pH=9.0),and IEF-N were the main contribution for nitrogen release under neutral,acidic and alkaline condition.The release intensity of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen at DO of 4.0 mg/L was 1.32 and 1.42 times of that at DO of 9.0 mg/L,respectively.IEF-N was the main contribution for nitrogen release when DO was 4.0 mg/L,while WAEF-N released more easily when DO was 9.0 mg/L.
