摘  要:以测定固定污染源废气SO_(2)的环境监测分析方法标准(以下简称方法标准)为研究对象,讨论了相关方法标准对炼焦行业焦炉烟囱废气中SO_(2)测定的适用性。结果表明,定电位电解法、便携式紫外吸收法和碘量法3种方法适用于炼焦行业焦炉烟囱废气中SO_(2)的测定;非分散红外吸收法受到焦炉烟囱废气中甲烷等有机烃气体的干扰,测定结果明显高于其他3种方法,该方法标准不适用于炼焦行业焦炉烟囱废气中SO_(2)的测定。通过对炼焦行业焦炉烟囱废气SO_(2)测定的试点研究,提出了“标准样品测定一致性验证—实际样品测定等效性比对”的方法标准适用性评估技术流程和方法,为中国环境监测分析方法标准适用性评估的技术方法体系建立提供支撑。Taking the environmental monitoring analytical method standard(method standard for short)for the determination of SO_(2)in waste gas as the research object,the applicability of the relevant method standards to the determination of SO_(2)from coke oven stacks of coking industry was discussed.The results showed that the three methods,namely fixed potential by electrolysis method,portable ultraviolet absorption method and iodine titration method were applicable for the determination of SO_(2)from coke oven stack of coking industry.But the non-dispersive infrared absorption method was interfered by methane and other organic hydrocarbon gases from coke oven stacks,and the results were significantly higher than the other three methods.The non-dispersive infrared absorption method was not applicable for the determination of SO_(2)from coke oven stacks of coking industry.Based on this pilot study,the technical process and method of method standard applicability evaluation was put forward as“consistency verification of standard sample measurement results-equivalence comparison of actual sample measurement results”,which would provide supports for the establishment of the method and technical system of environmental monitoring analytical method standards applicability evaluation in China.
