摘 要:重金属和抗生素在畜禽粪便中广泛存在,导致土壤中抗生素和重金属复合污染突出,这对土壤生态系统和人体健康产生巨大威胁。重金属和抗生素往往能够发生相互作用,改变彼此的环境行为和毒性效应。综述了国内外重金属和抗生素在畜禽粪肥和土壤中的污染现状,讨论了重金属和抗生素复合污染对土壤环境的影响,包括对土壤微生物、动物、植物以及土壤生态过程的影响,重点阐述了重金属和抗生素在土壤中的环境归趋和共迁移及其相互作用机理,分析了当前存在的问题,对未来研究进行展望,为深入研究土壤重金属和抗生素复合污染提供依据和参考。Heavy metals and antibiotics are generally detected in livestock manures.It makes the combined pollution of antibiotics and heavy metals serious in soils,which poses a great threat to soil ecosystems and human health.The environmental behavior and toxic effects are changed due to the interaction between heavy metals and antibiotics.In this paper,the present situation of heavy metals and antibiotics pollution in livestock and poultry manure and soil was reviewed.The effects of combined pollution of heavy metals and antibiotics on soil environment were also discussed,including microorganisms,animals,plants and ecological processes in soil.In addition,the environmental fate and co-migration of heavy metals and antibiotics in soil environment and their interaction mechanisms were highlighted.Finally,the current problems were analyzed and further research on soil heavy metal and antibiotic combined pollution was prospected.It provided basis and reference for further study of heavy metals and antibiotics combined pollution in soil.
