摘  要:低温甲醇洗装置在满负荷运行期间,经检测,二氧化碳排放气中有效气组分甲烷含量大于2%,按照设计排气量22.8万Nm^(3)/h(第一、二系列低温甲醇洗两个单元)来计算,排入大气的CH_(4)含量高达4560 Nm^(3)/h,造成了严重浪费。另外,极端工况下二氧化碳吸收塔脱硫效果不佳,出现塔顶部气相总硫高于中部气相总硫现象,造成净化气硫超标。为了回收废气中的甲烷有效气组分及稳定系统工艺指标,减少有效气体浪费,提高天然气产品产量,为公司降本控亏作贡献,特提出该项目。During the operation of low temperature methanol washing device at full load,the detection shows that the content of effective gas component methane in carbon dioxide emission gas is greater than 2%.According to the design exhaust gas of 228000 Nm^(3)/h(the first and second series of low temperature methanol washing two units),the content of CH_(4) discharged into the atmosphere is as high as 4560 Nm^(3)/h,causing a serious waste.In addition,under extreme conditions,the desulfurization effect of the carbon dioxide absorber is not good,and the total sulfur of the gas phase at the top of the tower is higher than the total sulfur of the gas phase in the middle,resulting in excessive sulfur of the purified gas.In order to recover the effective gas component of methane in the waste gas and stabilize the system process index,reduce the waste of effective gas,improve the output of natural gas products,and make contributions to the company’s cost reduction and loss control,this project is put forward.
