摘  要:文章介绍了焦化厂鼓冷槽区氨水系统中出现渣滓堵塞的各类问题,并对渣滓堵塞问题进行了分析,通过不断优化工艺和操作,极大减少了氨水系统渣滓的堵塞,确保了氨水系统的稳定运行。The paper introduces various problems of tar residue blockage in ammonia water system of condensation process of the coking plant,and analyzes the reasons of tar residue blockage.Through continuous optimization of process and operation,the tar residue blockage in the ammonia water system has been greatly reduced.The stable operation of the ammonia water system has been ensured.
