摘  要:中国南海某深水油田群开发项目是中海油首个自营开发的深水整装油田项目,开发模式为“FPSO+水下生产系统模式”。项目涉及的深水动态管缆附件众多,构型复杂,是国内首次深水动态管缆自主安装。在组织管理过程中项目团队从无到有,有效引用项目管理知识体系管理模式,以及全面的风险分析和不断的技术方案优化,顺利完成了海油首个大型深水管理的自主安装,为海油深水动态管缆安装积累了经验。The development project of a deep water oilfield group in the South China Sea is the first self-operated deep water integrated oilfield project in China.The development mode is“FPSO+Subsea production system mode”.The project involves a large number of deep water dynamic risers and cables accessories with complex configurations,which is the first independent installation of deep water dynamic risers and cables in China.In the process of organization and management,the project team has successfully completed the independent installation of China’s first large-scale deep water management by effectively quoting the management mode of project management knowledge system,as well as comprehensive risk analysis and continuous technical scheme optimization,and has accumulated experience for the installation of China’s offshore oil deep water dynamic risers and cables.
