摘　　要：在传统企业管理过程中,产销环节相对独立,导致销售订单的执行效果和生产计划的制定存在明显不足。为此,针对5G专网营销项目,提出基于5G通信的企业产销一体化管理系统。将搭载NXP LS1028A系列处理器的MYC-J1028X开发板作为系统的核心构件,将实现了多种网络制式全面覆盖的Quectel RM500U-CN模块作为5G通信模块。通过构建生产管理子系统统计营销产品的信息,通过构建销售管理子系统统计订单的信息及需求。利用5G通信模块实时传输订单信息,分别在2个子系统中进行信息匹配,并以安全库存为基础,制定相应的生产计划。在应用测试结果中,销售订单的实际执行的滞后时间在0.4天以内,并且仅出现了1次爆仓的情况,保障了产销项目的顺利进行。In the traditional enterprise management process,the production and marketing links are relatively independent,resulting in obvious deficiencies in the implementation effect of sales orders and the formulation of production plans.Therefore,aiming at 5G private network marketing project,an enterprise production and marketing integrated management system based on 5G communication is proposed.The MYC-J1028X development board equipped with NXP LS1028A series processor is used as the core component of the system,and the Quectel RM500U-CN module,which has achieved comprehensive coverage of multiple network systems,is used as 5G communication module.The production management subsystem is used to count the infomation of marketing products,and the sales management subsystem is used to count the information and demand of orders.5G communication module is used to transmit the order information in real time,match the information in the two subsystems,and formulate the corresponding production plan based on the safety stock.In the application test results,the actual execution delay of the sales order was within 0.4 days,and only one stock break occurred,ensuring the smooth implementation of the production and sales project.
