摘　　要：目前,随着医院各个医疗业务系统的信息化,智能化的发展,各项重要数据必然的成为管理层日常核心决策的依据。中山市第二人民医院的信息化经过多年建设已经拥有了HIS、LIS、PACS等等多种核心信息系统,这些信息系统对医院的正常工作起着重要的支撑作用,存储着重要的数据。一旦系统瘫痪将产生严重影响,如果数据丢失更是不可挽回的灾难。为避免上述灾难发生,需要建立完善的备份系统,包括数据复制以及容灾。容灾备份系统的核心就在于使用各种技术和管理手段将灾难化解,为关键业务系统提供风险预防机制和灾难恢复措施,保证数据的安全,在出现问题时恢复数据,将业务损失降低到可接受的程度。At present,with the development of various business system informatization and digital process of hospitals,important data has become more and more the basis for the core decision-making and development of the daily operation of hospitals.After years of construction,the informatization of Zhongshan Second People's Hospital has owned a variety of core information systems such as HIS,LIS and PACS.These information systems play an important role in supporting the normal work of the hospital and store important data.Once the system paralysis will have a serious impact,if the data loss is an irreparable disaster.To avoid these disasters,a complete backup system,including data replication and disaster recovery,is needed.The core of disaster recovery and backup system is to use various technologies and management means to resolve disasters,provide risk prevention mechanisms and disaster recovery measures for key business systems,ensure the security of data,recover data in case of problems,and reduce business losses to an acceptable extent.
