摘 要:针对当前电网三维建模中易出现模型错误且与标准存在差异等问题,提出了一种基于GIM技术和YOLOv3深度网络的三维电网建模及校验方法.该方法基于GIM技术来构建电网的三维模型,并利用YOLOv3深度网络对其电气设备类型加以检测.同时根据设定的校验规则对电气距离进行安全校验,从而保证电网三维模型的真实性与安全性.基于新建220 kV变电站数据对所提方法进行的实验分析结果表明,所得变电站三维模型能够呈现各类参数,校验结果的准确率、召回率和F1值分别为92.48%、96.71%及94.55%,能够满足实际应用需求.In order to solve the problems of model errors and incomplete conformation to the standards in power grid 3D modeling,a 3D power grid modeling and verification method based on GIM technology and YOLOv3 deep network was proposed.According to the grid information model(GIM)technology,the three-dimensional model of power grid was built;the YOLOv3 deep network was used to detect the type of electrical equipment.At the same time,the electrical distance was verified according to the pre-set verification rules,which could ensure that the 3D model of power grid was real and safe.The experimental analysis by the as-proposed method for the newly built 220 kV substation shows that the 3D model of substation can present various parameters,and the accuracy,recall and F 1 values of the verification results are 92.48%,96.71%and 94.55%,respectively,thus the as-proposed model can meet the practical application requirements.
