摘　　要：根据拉链头应用环境及拉链漆所需性能,选用聚酯树脂和丙烯酸树脂复配作为成膜树脂,氨基树脂为固化剂,研制了一款高性能水性拉链漆。实验结果表明:聚酯树脂和丙烯酸树脂质量比为3∶1,加入聚酯类附着力促进剂,在160℃下烘烤后得到的漆膜附着力0级,耐冲击性(1 kg)100 cm,铅笔硬度H,耐水洗性能优异。According to the application environment of zipper head and the required properties of zipper paint,a highperformance waterborne zipper paint was developed with polyester resin and acrylic resin as binders and amino resin as curing agent.The experimental results showed that the coating prepared at a mass ratio of polyester resin to acrylic resin 3:1 with polyester adhesion promoter and by baking at 160℃had a 0-grade adhesion,a failure height at least 100 cm for an 1-kg impact,a pencil hardness of H,and excellent washability.
