摘  要:分析了几种气相二氧化硅粉体的比表面积、吸油值、粒径分布、硅羟基含量等性能指标及其添加量对丙烯酸酯基UV(紫外)光固化涂料黏度的影响。实验结果表明,气相二氧化硅作为无机增稠剂能有效提高涂料的黏度,且气相二氧化硅的比表面积越大,吸油值和硅羟基含量也越大,增稠效果就越好。考察了增稠效果适中的HL-200气相二氧化硅的添加量对涂层硬度、耐磨性和消光性的影响。结果发现,HL-200的添加不但对涂料的光固化影响较小,而且能提升涂层的硬度和耐磨性,还起到柔和的消光作用。建议气相二氧化硅的添加量为0.5%~2.5%。The specific surface area,oil absorption value,particle size distribution,and silanol group content of several types of fumed silica powder were analyzed.The addition of these fumed silica powder on the viscosity of an ultraviolet(UV)curable acrylate paint was studied.The experiment result showed that as an inorganic thickener,fumed silica effectively increased the viscosity of the paint.The greater the specific surface area of fumed silica is,the higher its oil absorption value and silanol group content are,and the better the thickening effect it has.The dosage of the HL-200 fumed silica with a moderate thickening effect on the hardness,wear resistance,and matting of the UV-cured acrylate coating was examined.It was found that the addition of fumed silica has little effect on the UV curing of coating,improves its hardness and wear resistance,and provides a gentle matte appearance.It is recommended that the dosage of fumed silica should be 0.5%to 2.5%.
