摘 要:针对槽针电镀三价铬时常常存在针钩烧焦、阴极电流效率低的问题,分别采用石墨阳极和钛基尺寸稳定阳极(DSA)对SK5高碳钢槽针电镀三价铬。通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析、显微硬度测量和摩擦磨损试验,对比了采用不同阳极时槽针不同部位Cr镀层的微观形貌,以及槽针表面Cr镀层的显微硬度和耐磨性。结果表明,使用DSA能够提高镀液的深镀能力,使针槽内壁与外壁的Cr镀层形貌相近,都较为致密,针钩处镀层无烧焦现象。与采用石墨阳极时相比,采用DSA时所得Cr镀层的显微硬度更高,耐磨性更佳。Aiming at the problems often appearing in the trivalent chromium electroplating of grooved needle such as burning of coating at the needle hook and low cathodic current efficiency,graphite anode and titanium-based dimensionally stable anode(DSA)were used respectively for trivalent chromium electroplating of grooved needle,which was made of SK5 high-carbon steel.The micromorphology of Cr coating electroplated at different parts of grooved needle when using different anodes,and the microhardness and wear resistance of Cr coating on the surface of grooved needle were compared based on scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis,microhardness measurement,and friction and wear test.The results showed that the use of DSA can improve the throwing power of plating bath,hence the Cr coatings electroplated at internal wall and external wall of grooved needle are both compact and similar in morphology,and there is no burning defect at the needle hook.The Cr coating electroplated with DSA has higher microhardness and better wear resistance than that electroplated with graphite anode.
