摘  要:针对铝合金三价铬本色化学氧化快速鉴别的需求,开发了一种快速无损鉴别工艺。通过正交试验得到了如下较佳的工艺条件:高锰酸钾8.0 g/L,无水碳酸钠1.0 g/L,钼酸钠0.2 g/L,pH 9.0,时间80 s。采用该鉴别工艺时,裸铝合金表面会变为黄色,而经三价铬本色化学氧化处理的铝合金表面无明显变化。该鉴别工艺对三价铬本色化学氧化膜的表面形貌、耐蚀性及漆膜附着力均无明显影响,具有快速、无损的优点。According to the requirement of rapid identification of trivalent chromium colorless chemical oxidation of aluminum alloy,a rapid and nondestructive identification method was developed.The process conditions were optimized by orthogonal test as follows:potassium permanganate 8.0 g/L,anhydrous sodium carbonate 1.0 g/L,sodium molybdate 0.2 g/L,pH 9.0,and time 80 s.The bare aluminum alloy will turn yellow if being treated by the given identification process,while the aluminum alloy coated with trivalent chromium oxidation film has no obvious change.The identification process has no negative impact on the surface morphology and corrosion resistance of colorless trivalent chromium chemical oxidation film and the adhesion of a paint on its surface,featuring the advantages of rapidity and nondestructiveness.
