摘  要:通过优化590 MPa级高强车轮钢化学成分,将钢中C含量由0.09%~0.11%降低至0.06%~0.08%,Mn含量由1.45%~1.60%提高至1.50%~1.65%,Nb含量由0.040%~0.055%提高至0.050%~0.065%,并严控钢中易偏析P、S元素,采用10~25℃低过热度浇注,连铸采用电磁搅拌,电流强度为430 A,频率为6 Hz,将二冷水比水量由0.36 L/kg提高至0.64 L/kg,改善了连铸板坯内部质量,减少了连铸板坯的中心偏析。By optimizing the chemical composition of 590 MPa grade high-strength wheel steel,the C content in the steel was reduced from 0.09%to 0.11%to 0.06%to 0.08%,the Mn content was increased from 1.40%to 1.55%to 1.50%to 1.65%,and the Nb content was increased from 0.040%to 0.055%to 0.050%to 0.065%.The P and S impurity elements in the steel were strictly controlled,and low superheat pouring at 10~25 P was used.Electromagnetic stirring was used for continuous casting,with a current intensity of 430 A and a frequency of 6 Hz.The specific water content of the secondary cooling water was increased&om 0.36 L/kg to 0.64 L/kg,Improved internal quality of continuous casting billets and reduced center segregation of continuous casting billets.
