摘  要:利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对Q355NHB耐候钢进行不同温度的高温拉伸试验和不同冷速的连续冷却试验。通过将铸坯试样加热至1350℃,保温固溶后,在试验温度600~1350℃每间隔50℃以10^(-3)s^(-1)应变速率进行拉伸试验至拉断,获得各温度下的高温拉伸曲线,对各试验温度下试样的断面收缩率进行测定后,绘制了该钢种的热塑性曲线和热强度曲线。通过将试验钢奥氏体化后以不同的冷速冷却至室温,结合金相分析和硬度测试,找出不同冷速各相的转变点,绘制出了试验钢的CCT曲线。The high temperature tensile tests at different temperatures and continuous cooling tests at different cooling rates were carried out on Q355NHB weathering steel by Gleeble-3800 thennal simulation testing machine.By heating the cast billet sample to 1350 ℃,after solid solution,the tensile test was carried out at the test temperature of 600~1350℃.at the interval of 50℃ at the strain rate of 10^(-3)s^(-1) to break,and the high temperature tensile curve was obtained at various temperatures.After measuring the section shrinkage of the sample at various test temperatures,the thermoplastic curve and thermal strength curve of the steel were drawn.After austenitizing the test steel was cooled to room temperature at different cooling rates,the transition point of each phase at different cooling rates was found out by metallographic analysis and hardness test,and the CCT curve of the test steel was drawn.
