摘　　要：活性炭脱硫脱硝装置在运行过程中,因为净化塔堵塞造成物料运行不畅,气流受阻,严重影响脱硫脱硝的正常运行。从杂物、湿度、氯化铵、硫酸铵、再生塔运行等方面分析了净化塔堵塞的原因,在生产中,严格监控系统运行过程中再生系统、粉尘排出、杂物、水汽等影响因素,才能够保证脱硫脱硝系统的正常稳定运行。During the operation of activated carbon desulfurization and denitration device,because of the blockage of the purification tower,the material operation is not smooth and the air flow is blocked,which seriously affects the normal operation of desulfurization and denitration.In this paper,from the sundries,humidity,ammonium chloride,ammonium sulfate,regenerating tower operation,dust accumulation and other aspects,a simple analysis of the various conditions of the tower blockage and influence reasons is carried out.In the process of production,strictly monitor the influencing factors of the regeneration system,dust discharge,debris and water vapor in the operation of the system,to ensure the normal and stable operation of the desuLfurization and denitration system.
