摘  要:根据钢铁料消耗的波动规律,通过对生产数据进行分组处理,采用回归分析的方法以获得不同炉料的相对收得率。结果表明,每组数据的相对收得率回归分析结果波动幅度不超过2%~5%;各分组回归分析相对收得率的平均值与生产试验结果收得率相对值的差别不超过1%;根据回归分析得到的相对收得率,结合钢铁料消耗与金属平衡,可以通过计算得到不同炉料的绝对收得率,其误差与相对收得率基本一致。According to the change rules of iron and steel material consumption,the relative yield of different iron and steel material was obtained by means of regression analysis through processing the production data.The results show that the fluctuation range of regression analysis results of relative yield of each group of data is not more than 2%~5%.The difference between the average value of the relative yield of regression analysis and the relative yield of production test results is less than 1%.According to the relative yield obtained by regression analysis,combined with iron and steel material consumption and metal balance,the absolute yield of different material can be calculated,and the error of yield is basically consistent with the relative yield.
