摘　　要：烧结生产中加入熔剂,不仅可以改善烧结过程,强化烧结提高产、质量,而且可以向高炉提供自熔性或高碱度烧结矿。2021年秋冬季,由于生产形势要求,安钢烧结机熔剂结构发生较大变化,对生产稳定性造成一定影响,技术人员通过细致梳理,找准问题关键点,采取了一系列改进措施,形成了适应安钢当前烧结生产条件的熔剂结构调整的系统措施,取得了较好的应用效果。The addition of flux in sintering production can not only improve the sintering process,strengthen sintering to increase production and quality,but also provide self-melting or high-basicity sintered ore to the blast furnace.In the autumn and winter of 2021,due to the requirements of the production situation,the flux structure of sintering machine in Anyang Steel has undergone major changes,which have a certain impact on the production stability.The technicians have carefully sorted out the key points of the problem and adopted a series of improvement measures,flux structure adjustment systematic measures applied to current sintering production of Anyang Steel are formed,good application effect has been achieved.
