摘  要:目前钢材价格持续走低,炼钢资源紧张,环保形式严峻,各大钢铁企业之间的竞争异常激烈,降低生产成本、提升经济效益显得尤为重要。为此,依托管理和技术创新,采用降低钢铁料、合金料、辅原料消耗,优化脱硫工艺、温度控制体系、炉子底吹等多种措施降低炼钢成本,将各环节、各工序的成本要素细化分解到各个岗位,取得了明显经济效益。The market situation is grim,steelmaking resources are tight,environmental situation is still grave,private enterprises are developing rapidly,enterprise competition is extremely fierce,resulting in reducing production costs and improving economic benefits.Therefore,relying on management and technological innovation,a series of measures,including reducing ferrous charge consumption,alloy consumption,auxiliary raw material consumption,optimizing desulfurization process,optimizing temperature control system,optimizing bottom stirring and so on,are carried out to reduce steelmaking costs,the cost elements of each link and each process are decomposed to each post,and obvious economic benefits are achieved.
