竖炉球团配用复合膨润土工业试验

摘　　要：介绍了复合膨润土在竖炉球团工业试验的情况。工业试验表明,复合膨润土比普通膨润土具有更加优良的造球性能。在保证生球、成品球强度和竖炉炉况稳定情况下,膨润土配比可由1.9%以上降到1.4%左右,下降幅度约0.5个百分点。Industrial experiment of the composite betonite in shaft furnace is introduced.The results show that composite betonite is superior to the common betonite in making green ball.When the strength of green ball and fired pellet is ensured,the shaft furnace operation is stabilized,the proportion of the betonite can be reduced from above 1.9%to about 1.4%,the range of decrease by 0.5%.
