含砷镍铁在304不锈钢生产中的应用研究

摘  要:对含砷镍铁对304不锈钢冷轧卷板机械性能的影响进行了对比试验研究。结果表明,冶炼环节,随着冶炼的进行,钢中的砷含量逐渐减少且趋于稳定,主要脱砷环节在AOD精炼时一倒过程;含砷304不锈钢热轧过程中,热轧工艺、热轧负荷无较大变化;热轧酸洗后的硬度波动在2 HV以内、组织均为奥氏体、晶粒度均为6.5级,规定非比例延伸强度与抗拉强度分别波动在3 MPa以内,变化不明显;冷轧过程中,轧制力会提高很多,但退火酸洗后的硬度波动在5 HV以内、规定非比例延伸强度与抗拉强度分别波动在11 MPa和12 MPa以内,无较大差异。The effect of arsenic nickel on the mechanical properties for 304 stainless steel cold-rolled coil plate had been studied in this paper.The result showed that the arsenic content in steel decreased gradually and tended to be stable with the smelting progress,and the main arsenic removal process was the first time to dump the furnace in AOD refining.The hot rolling process,hot rolling load had no great difference,the hardness fluctuated within 2 HV,each microstructure was austenite,grain size was 6.5 grade,the non-proportional extension strength mechanical properties and the strength of extension fluctuated within 3 MPa respectively after the hot rolling and the hot pickling for the 304 stainless steel containing arsenic in the process of hot rolling.The rolling force would be increased a lot,but the hardness fluctuated within 5 HV,and the non-proportional extension strength and the strength of extension fluctuated within 11 MPa and 12 MPa respectively for 304 stainless steel containing arsenic after the annealing and the hot pickling in the process of cold rolling.
